Hi! My name is Sarah and I'm the founder, owner, creator & herbalist behind Speaking Of Skin. SOS was born from a love of holistic health and herbs. After years of using conventional products for my acne, I finally healed by changing my philosophy to work on my skin within the context of my whole body, mind & spirit. Dealing with acne kicked off my entire personal health journey really. I found that my acne was related to holding onto big emotions, body tension, and poor quality, synthetic filled, impersonal skincare.

A new philosophy meant making big life changes, and searching for skincare products made of natural oils, plants and herbs. This kind of thing was not readily available in 2015, but what I could find felt so much more aligned. In 2021 I started studying herbalism, and one of the first things I learned was how to make my own herb infused oils into balms. I fell in love and 2 years later I started SOS.

We are handmade, all natural superherb skincare. SOS creates a healthy environment for the skin to flourish, and encourages full body care for skin health through herbal edibles & freeing movement.
