Refund policy

At Speaking Of Skin, we are dedicated to providing high quality products and customer service. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under certain circumstances. 
Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will either replace the product or issue a full refund. Photos will be required.
Unopened/Unused Product: If you have unopened or unused product you'd like to return, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. You will be responsible for return shipping, and will have 14 days from delivery date to ship your return. If the item is opened or used, a refund will not be issued.
Lost Package: If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to try to locate your package, and determine the best course of action. If your package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will either replace your order or issue a full refund.
Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us at speakingofskin@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a description of your issue. We will review your request and issue a refund if appropriate.
